North Tyneside Citizens Advice is a regional Safe Reporting Centre for Hate Incidents and Hate Crime. If you've been the victim of any incident directed at you because of your race, disability, sexuality or gender identity then come to us for advice - we have a strict confidentiality policy and won't share any details of your visit unless you ask us to.
We are here to help, whoever you are, whatever the problem.
North Tyneside Citizens Advice are closing our face to face advice services from 19th March 2020 until further notice. This includes our North Shields and Wallsend drop-in and appointment services, our Outreach services, and our face-to-face Help to Claim service.
We are still offering advice over the phone and through digital channels.
