New Prospects can help people with a learning disability to live in their own home as a tenant. We will support people to maintain their tenancy by helping them to pay their bills, report repairs, get on with their neighbours; in addition we will support people to undertake daily living tasks like shopping, cooking, cleaning as well as help them to get out and about and become part of their local community by joining the gym, going to church or taking part in things that interest them. We also provide concierge support to housing projects and can provide support for those living in a housing project e.g. a scheme consisting of flats and bungalows. We also provide Enablement Support throughout North Tyneside.
