If you are maintaining your independence but just need some occasional help, advice or guidance, your care support worker can visit you briefly during the day, at a time that suits you, to check that you are feeling fine and that you have everything you need, including your medicine. Our medication management programme ensures that you have your medicines at the time when you need them, and in a safe way. We ensure that information about the medication being prescribed to you is made available to you or others acting on your behalf. Our staff are trained and supervised in the safe administration of medication.
