Keyworker individualised support which will adapt and flex to each person’s individual needs, circumstances and aspirations.
Activities include:
- Confidence building, motivation and broader life skills.
- Technical employability skills (job search, CV, IAG, interview techniques).
- Digital Support & Financial Inclusion.
- Placement schemes such as New Start for work-ready tenants
- Links with a range of local and regional employers.
