Gateway Contact Centre is the first point of contact for people to make referrals for Occupational Therapy Services, Social Care Assessments and Social Work interventions.
If you have a concern about the well being or safety of a vulnerable adult or child we can also refer for safeguarding concerns.
We are open Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:00 and Fridays 8:30 - 16:30.
Please note our phonelines will be closed for staff development last Wednesday of the month 12:00 - 13:00
We are closed Bank and Public holidays.
