The watch works just like a personal alarm and the monitoring centre will know who you are and your location. The watch includes a built in speaker and microphone so you can talk to the monitoring centre. They will call the emergency services or your friends/family if you need assistance. You can also use the personal alarm watch to call your contacts and monitor your heart rate. The GPS tracking can be set-up to include geo-ringfencing so an alarm call is triggered if the device moves outside of a preset location or boundary.
