Flexible Support Options Ltd has been providing support to children and adults with disabilities in the North East since 1995. We are committed to providing a high standard of quality, personalised, outcome-focused support for people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health, sensory disability, people with forensic histories and complex needs. We support people in residential services, Independent supported living, outreach, sit in service, respite and supported holidays. We are registered with CQC and are rated as 'Good' across all of our services. Currently we work with 7 local authorities and work in line with all of their framework requirements We strive to recognise each person we support as an individual and promote their privacy, rights, choice and dignity. We work closely with families and other agencies ensuring consistency and the best possible combination of services. We support people to live alone or in shared accommodation, to attend college or work, to access the community and participate in meaningful activities.
