ubu is an independent company that provides care, enablement and support to adults, children and young people with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs.
We currently provide person led services to over 450 adults, children and young people and employ approximately 1,000 team members. Our supports are CQC registered either as a:
Specialist Domiciliary agency – our focus primarily is helping people through:
Bespoke support;
o Up to and including 24 hour assistance through the Supported Living structure through which individuals with a variety of needs advance towards our resourceful holistic outcome framework;
o Personalised Accommodation Stepped Support framework, where we are able to respond with flexibility to enable people to step down from high dependency, confined communal environments to one that is personalised ensuring the individual succeeds.

Specialist Registered Residential Service providing:
o Two OFSTED registered children’s homes supporting children and young people either “looked after children” or with learning disabilities and behavioural support needs;
o Two specialist registered adult supports for individuals with complex needs in Yorkshire
