There are various products within our range that cater to several needs. Our best-selling products feature GPS Alarm, Automatic Fall Detection (if you fall, the alarm detects without a button needing to be pressed), Around the clock monitoring (through a Trained Response Centre Operative or Nominated Contacts), Personal Alarms which are fully mobile without the use of landline and Talking Pendants where you can communicate directly through the pendant or watch.
There are 2 types of plans; one which is 24/7 monitoring from our Trained Operatives (who can get in touch with emergency services if they need to immediately) and one which is Family Monitored that allows you to programme in up to 5 nominated contacts (depending on the device).
You can choose to have the Family Monitored which has no ongoing monthly fee’s and you just pay for the device which is a one-off affordable payment. Or you can opt for the 24/7 Monitored plan that has a monthly fee that covers the Monthly Subscription to the Response Centre as well as any administration fees.
Our 24/7 Monitored personal alarms are brilliant for Family & Friends to keep an eye on their loved ones from afar. Sometimes it's hard to care for your loved one around the clock. Some have long hours at work or some with other commitments throughout the day. We want to make sure that family; friends and the alarm user are always reassured that help is only a push of a button away if they were to need it. No call is unanswered.
