We work with GPs and nurses to support people with what matters to them, including information about local services such as: access to health information, benefits or housing, managing anxiety, depression, isolation, finding it hard to leave the house, support groups, improving diet and exercise, volunteering, support with accessing drug or alcohol support, mental health services.
