The Twisting Ducks Theatre Company provides opportunities for adults and children with learning disabilities and autism to take part in the arts. We run several weekly Academy programmes in Heaton, Newcastle City Centre, and Morpeth. We deliver workshops, training and outreach theatre.
Band Academy: Allows you to work with professional musicians to develop your music skills, to write your own songs, and to perform live at gig nights and events.
Performing Arts Academies: Develop your skills in writing, acting and directing. Produce your own plays and perform live at theatres. Takes place at the Theatre Royal, Newcastle.
DJ Academy: Learn DJ'ing skills with the help of a professional DJ and DJ live at FRESH club night.
