St Anthony of Padua
St Anthony's is a charitable organisation which provides a wide range of high quality care and support services which enhance the social and physical wellbeing of adults with mild - complex care needs.
Our self-directed care packages are tailored to your individual preferences and are delivered by highly qualified and professional staff.
We provide Day Opportunities for adults with disabilities at our Community Centre in Walker, or can provide a range of support packages at home and out in the community.
St Anthony's commitment is to enable people to develop to their full potential and to live independently, with dignity and in safety.
Through the hard work of dedicated staff and volunteers, we have built up a combination of services which answers some of the most fundamental challenges that face our community.
We are committed to adapting these services to meet the ever changing needs of the many vulnerable and disadvantaged people in our community.
Vision of the Organisation To improve the quality of life of those who are marginalised from society through poverty, disability or age
Core Values and Principles We believe that people should be empowered to remain as independent as possible regardless of their support needs. We recognise that every individual who uses our service has a contribution to make regarding the decisions that are made about their care and we will ensure that dignity and respect are central to the ethos of the services we provide.
We continually build positive relationships within the community to support our vulnerable service users and our staff and volunteers.
