Forward Assist's award winning 'Cook2Give' project provides healthy and nutritious meals for the community and former military personnel. The meal takes place every Tuesday from 12pm, at the John Willie Sams Centre. The meals cost £3.50 per person, except for the last Tuesday of every month which is free, but open to donations. >
